We generally ship the same or next business day for most orders. Certain orders will take longer to process, as some items are made to order. We may also experience occasional delays from our suppliers. If we expect your shipment to take more than a business week to arrive we will contact you by email. We will ONLY to the address that is registered by the payment method. If you would like the shipping address to be different than the billing address contact sales@baselineprivacy.com so confimation can be made PRIOR to the order being placed! Otherwise the billing address will be used! Sorry if this causes any problems but there are numerous people trying to use stolen credit cards on the internet.
We try our hardest to meet competitors prices which is why we also try to offer you free shipping on some items. If otherwise, our store is linked into the USPS business server and retrieves the actual shipping costs based on weight and current postal rates plus a $2.00 to $3.00 handling fee. You may have a slight delay with the shopping cart as it calculates your price from information gathered from USPS.
