We offer this service to new and existing customers who have bricked their diagnostic modem inadvertently or just have a unit they would like flashed with diagnostic firmware.
We also offer optional installs of SB5101 and SB6120 Breakout Elite boards which include the price of the board.
We do suggest purchasing a SBH USB JTAG cable or Parallel JTAG cable.
But in certain cases, some modems can not be revived through usual methods.
We will notify you upon receipt of your modem if there are any other issues.
