Any returns will require the customer to pay shipping to return the product, but waived on the return shipment if item is deemed to be physically defective. Any returns that are not physically defective (user error, bad flash) will be fixed and returned for a fee of $20 for debricking the flash. Please email first before returning items for instructions.
